At Sculpd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative tools and home goods. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, unopened condition and that your return request is initiated within the 30-day window.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items to prevent damage during transit and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
